It's my third and final year, so I need to use all my energy and focus to get through this.

- Films - Make two films, external and personal, with a maximum total running time of 15 minutes on both films. So for example a 4 minute music video and a 11 minute documentary would be one way of doing it.
- Dissertation (Bachelor paper) - 8000 word dissertation on my chosen topic.
- Visual diary - An electronic diary of the entire year of what I've been up to basically
- Marketing and self promotion - Basically here you have to figure out how you will present and market yourself.
That is the four big points basically, in addition to normal lectures/seminars and non-uni work.
For my films I've a few ideas, but nothing I want to share just yet, sorry. They will be revealed in due course.
As for my dissertation it is still about documentary and I'm continuing my research next week. So my new address will be the campus library for the next few months. The dissertation deadline in the 8th of March, but we have 3000 and 5000 word deadline throughout the year.
My visual diary is an ongoing project, which I pretty much "automatically" work on. Just by me typing these words I'm working on it. Basically you put in everything that's got anything to do with you degree. So all my sketches, drafts, storyboards, inspirations etc. will go in there.
The marketing and self promotion module is probably the one module I'm most relaxed about, seeing as 90% of it is already done. I've got a CV (online and paper), Facebok page, Twitter account, website, business cards and I work as self employed. For this one I just need to gather all the things into a folder, to show what I've got.
So that's my year. Fingers crossed it will be fine.
